# Disclaimer

This guide is a working internal document. It reflects how the group currently wants to organize, document, and publish MD simulation work, but it is not meant to be read as a final policy text.

The current text is written and maintained by Dr.-Ing. Hoang-Thien Luu. Its purpose is practical rather than ceremonial: to turn good research-data-management ideas into procedures that colleagues at SWZ and TU Clausthal can actually use during everyday simulation work.

Some parts were adapted from external guidelines and institutional examples, with sources credited where they are directly relevant. That is intentional. The aim here is not to claim originality in data management, but to translate useful ideas into a form that fits SWZ practice at TU Clausthal.

The guide will continue to change as projects expose gaps, awkward procedures, or better ways of doing things. Feedback from the people who actually use it is therefore part of the process rather than an afterthought.
