Estimation of Future Storage Needs:

• The sizes of pilot replication packages will guide our estimation of future storage requirements, both within phase 1 and beyond.

Formulation of Guidelines and Procedures:

• Definite guidelines for replication packages will be formulated based on conclusions drawn by the workgroup after pilot phase 1.

• Procedures for submission will be finalized, taking into account specifications of the online portal and monitoring personnel.

• Procedures for granting access to third parties will be established, even though phase 1 may not involve an online portal open to external users

Designing Future Open Access Solutions:

• Usage statistics and user feedback collected during phase 1 will inform the design of a long-term open-access solution, ensuring accessibility to research outputs beyond the immediate research group.
